We want all kiwi kids to thrive at everything they set out to achieve in life. With the guidance of our awesome characters, children will be taken on a gardening journey, reading stories and completing activities that feature real New Zealanders growing their own food. With this knowledge children will be guided through the different components of the garden and how to get the most out of their school garden. Your end result will be a flourishing garden full of delights as well as a sustainable garden that will continue next year.

Every week of the eight week programme you will cover a new garden topic using the digital resources provided. Over the eight week period you will cover the following eight Garden modules which will help your pupils grow their own food at school and home. Seeds, soil, water, elements, compost, visitors, pests, harvest We have visited and found New Zealanders who are growing their own food and created stories about each topic.
